95 State at City Creek

95 State at City Creek

95 State at City Creek, a state-of-the-art 25-story building, will be a game-changing workplace when completed. It will be Utah’s first WELL Building and designed to achieve LEED Gold and Wired Platinum Certifications. Cutting-edge technology that implements high-tech safety features such as a destination elevator system that can transport employees directly to their desired floor location without the need to press any buttons. The building will also be fully secure with touchless turnstiles that will guide visitors one-way toward security kiosks where they will digitally sign in, never having to touch anyone during the process. Common areas such as the restroom cores will also be largely touchless including the entry doorways.

A significant amenity for 95 State is The Link, a renovated and expanded underground pedestrian tunnel connecting directly to City Creek, Salt Lake’s world-class, mixed-use urban core offering upscale shopping and dining destinations and ready access to downtown arts, entertainment and professional sports venues. The fifth floor will also have a unique outdoor garden terrace with 7,000 square feet of landscaping creating a pocket park in the sky. The terrace provides tenants and guests with a tranquil location and is large enough to host special events or serve as an outdoor meeting space for tenants.
