The City Creek Center is a mixed-use development with an upscale open-air shopping center, office and residential buildings, fountain and simulated creek near Temple Square in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah. The center integrates shopping and residential elements, with landscaped walkways and streams covering three city blocks in the heart of downtown.

Utelite provided a lightweight engineered soil that was placed in the planters featured throughout the plaza and walkout balconies.
